I’m a proofreader by trade, casually freelancing for a couple of years before obtaining my qualification with the Publishing Training Centre in the UK and working as an in-house proofreader in desktop publishing, specialising in company financial reports, both printed and digital. I know I’m biased, but you really can’t overestimate the importance of having a proofreader look over your business’s literature, your CV, or your company website. I see blatant spelling and grammatical errors all the time and it’s not just cringey and distracting, it’s gosh-darn unprofessional.
If you’d like to utilise my eagle eyes, get in touch via my contact form.
I’m also a bit of an Adobe nerd, spending two years as a typesetter where InDesign was my bread and butter and I’m self-taught in Illustrator. I’m an amateur photographer (check out my Instagram at the bottom of this page), editing my shots in Photoshop and Lightroom, and I know my way around Premiere Pro for video editing, which is one of my favourite pastimes. I really enjoy flitting around the Adobe suite (something I do a lot to assemble the material for this here website) so I’d love to help you with your typesetting needs, whether it’s a brochure, a poster, or a PDF, I got you covered. All you need to do is get in touch.
